ACTV (Albanian Community Tv) is a local community television channel established in 2007, to serve and educate the local American Albanian community, predominately concentrated in Macomb, Oakland and Wayne counties.
Albanian Community Tv of Michigan (ACTV) is established as a local media organization, whose main goal is to cover the community news and events, to preserve and promote the Albanian culture, to promote education, successful individuals and local businesses.
The content of the our tv program mainly includes the coverage of the community events organized by religious institutions, civic organizations and students’ associations. We also broadcast international news provided by our partners and affiliates from our homeland, geographically located in Albania, Kosove, Montenegro, and Macedonia and throughout the world where Albanian Diaspora currently is residing. We also prepare promotional reports and documentaries for successful individuals and businesses.
During the 12 years, that ACTV has been in existence as a local media organization, we have used two main streams of revenue. The revenues coming from commercials and the local community donations.
We have recently expanded our broadcast time on Comcast Leased Channel from 1 hour to 2 hours per day, every day of the week.
In addition, we broadcast live, 24/7, on some other IPTV digital networks, such as TvAlb-New York and Albavision.
We also have our own social media channels on YouTube, Facebook and Twitter.

ACTV Staff includes the President, the Executive Director, Marketing and Advertising Director, IT Engineer, 5 Journalists and Reporters, and 3 International Contributors.
